摘　　要：根据铸造企业的特点设计了一套适合铸造企业使用的PDM系统,并对其实现的关键技术进行了论述。系统主要包括了图文档管理、原材料技术指标管理、产品属性管理、成套产品装配、配料管理、工装模具管理和产品质量统计等多项功能。系统也考虑了与CRM、ERP等其他管理信息系统的集成。文中对实现系统的关键技术和软硬环境也作了论述。该系统消除了各车间、各工部的信息孤岛,提高了企业信息的共享性和完整性,对铸造生产工艺流程和铸件质量的管理和控制起到重要作用。According to features of foundry, a PDM system for foundry was designed and the key technology to realize it was discussed. The system includes many functions such as drawing and document management, raw materials management, product properties management, assemble of whole set products, charge calculation, foundry tools management and casting quality statistics. The integration with CRM, ERP, etc. were also considered in the system. The key techniques and conditions in software and hardware to realize the functions were explained. The system avoids information isolate between workshops and sections, improves the share and integrality of enterprise＇s information. It is useful for management and control of casting process and product quality.
