摘 要:对再生粘土砂用于覆膜砂工艺进行了试验研究,发现粘土砂再生后的耗酸值大于同种新砂的耗酸值;在合理选择再生参数的情况下,再生后的旧砂和同种原砂相比,粒度组成不发生大的变化;在再生砂的含泥量低于同种新砂的情况下,由再生砂混制的覆膜砂的强度高于或接近由同种新砂混制的覆膜砂的强度,可满足铸造工艺的要求。同时,由再生砂混制的型砂的强度受再生砂含泥量的影响,含泥量高,型砂的强度低,当含泥量达到一定值后,再生砂将无法在铸造生产中应用。The preparation of precoated sand using reclaimed clay-bonded sand has been researched.The results indicate that the acid consumption value of the reclaimed sand is higher than that of the same type new sand.Compared with the new sand, the particle distribution of the reclaimed sand is not changed too much when the selection of reclamation parameters is reasonable.When the mud content of the reclaimed sand is lower thah that of the new sand, the tensile strength of the precoated sand mixed by the reclaimed sand is higher than or close to that of the pre-coated sand mixed by new sand, and can meet the requirement of the casting process.But the tensile strength is influenced by the mud content of the reclaimed sand, the lower the mud content is, the higher the tensile strength.When the mud content reaches to a certain value, the reclaimed sand will not be used in the foundry production.
