摘　　要：介绍了铸铁结晶器的主要失效形式,分析了影响结晶器寿命的原因,并提出了改进措施。通过试验证明提高铸铁结晶器的寿命关键是合理选择结晶器材质,其次是提高铸铁结晶器的质量和正确地维护使用。The main failure deformations of cast iron crystallizer were introduced, and the effect factors on life of crystallizer were analyzed, correspondingly, the improvement measures were put forward. It has been testified through experiment that the key point for improving service life of crystallizer is to choose appropriate materials; the second is to improve the quality of casting machine and provide reliable maintenance.
