摘　　要：通过对上海某高校公共卫生专业本科生的问卷调查,了解学生理想职业目标的确立时期、确立情况以及影响毕业后职业选择的成因。研究表明,72%的学生在大学期间确立了理想的职业目标。"外部环境认知"的缺乏是造成不成熟的理想职业价值观的主要原因。面对毕业后早期的职业选择,"收入"和"职业发展前景"是学生最普遍关心的内容。Based of the survey of the public health students of a university in Shanghai,this paper describes the students＇ ideal career goals and the causes which affect the students＇ early occupational choices. 72 percent of the students establish their career goal when they are in university. Non-understanding of the vocational environment is the main reason of the absence of the ideal career goal. In face of early occupational choices after their graduation,students are mainly concerned about their income and the prospect of career development generally.
