摘　　要：目的建立烧伤酊中黄芩苷的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用Hypersil-ODS C18柱,流动相为：甲醇-水-冰醋酸（50∶50∶1）,检测波长：274 nm,流速：1.0 ml.min-1。结果黄芩苷对照品在30.096~150.48 g.L-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为：Y=14633X＋1096.9（r=0.99998,n=5）。平均加样回收率为98.84%（RSD=1.62%,n=5）。结论本方法简便快捷,结果准确,并具有良好的重复性,可用于本制剂的含量测定和质量控制。Aim To establish an assay method for baicalin in Shaoshang wine preparation with HPLC. Methods Hypersil-ODS C18 was packed in the analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-wateracetic acid glacial （50： 50：1 ） and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml ·min^ - 1. The UV detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results The standard curve of baicalin was linear over the range between 30. 096 and 150.48 g · L^-1. The average recovery was 98.84% with an RSD of 1.62% （ n = 5）. Conclusions This method was found to be simple and accurate. The experiments will supply reference methods for analysis of concentration and quality control.
