半数有效量在静脉麻醉剂药效学分析中的应用进展

摘　　要：随着静脉麻醉剂药代、药效动力学研究的迅速发展，以及基于不同群体药代、药效动力学参数的靶控输注技术的一日渐成熟，静脉麻醉剂半数有效量（CP50／EC50）在药效学分析起着重要的作用。此文综述了近年来CP50／EC50在常用静脉麻醉剂药效学分析中的应用进展，并对确定CP50／EC50的方法学予以介绍和评价。With the rapid advance in studies on pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of intravenous anesthetics, and the maturation of target-controlled infusion technique based on different population pharmacokineties and pharmacodynamics, CP50 and EC50 play more and more important roles in pharmacodynamic analysis. This article reviews the recent progress in CP50/EC50 application in pharmaeodynamic analysis of commonly used intravenous anesthetics, introduces and evaluates the methods of CP50/ EC50 determination.
