婴幼儿小阴唇粘连原因分析与护理

摘　　要：调查分析126例小阴唇粘连的婴幼儿情况,探讨导致婴幼儿小阴唇粘连的原因,针对分析结果提出护理对策。本组患儿居住地农村(城郊)的占72.2%,高于居住在城市的患儿所占比例(27.8%),患儿发病年龄多小于3岁,占92.9%。4.8%的家属不了解此病,缺乏婴幼儿外阴护理的基本知识,不知道清洗或不敢洗;33.3%的患儿家属为患儿清洗外阴,但清洗方法不正确,尚未把小阴唇内的分泌物清洗干净;21.4%的患儿便后仅是干抹,不给予清洗;37.3%的幼儿穿开档裤,随地坐卧;有婴幼儿换尿布不及时等。由于女婴的生殖道解剖及生理特点易发生外阴感染,患儿家属的卫生保健知识缺乏,农村地区经济欠发达,卫生条件和医疗水平薄弱,故加强婴幼儿生殖系统卫生健康宣教和提高农村居民的健康意识和医疗护理水平对防治婴幼儿小阴唇粘连非常重要。This paper, by analyzing the information about 126 infants with adhesion of labia minora, explores the causes of this abnormality and puts forward coping nursing strategies. Of the patients in this study, those living in the rural areas account for 72.2%, against 27.8% for those in the urban area. Most of the patients are under three years old, accounting for 93.7%. 4.8% of the dependents do not know about this abnormality and lack the basics for infants＇ vulva caring, not knowing about the necessity of cleaning or not dare to do so. 33.3% of the dependents did do the cleaning, but not properly, without cleansing the secretion in the labia minora. 21.4% of the patients are only offered dry wiping, without cleansing, after urination or defecation, and 37.3% wear openseat pants and sit or lie on the ground anywhere; and some were not offered timely diaper change. Given the susceptibility to infections owing to the anatomical and physiological features of the reproductive tract of the female infant, the lack of sanitation and health knowledge, and the underdeveloped economy, health conditions and medical capacity in the rural area, it is necessary to strengthen the education and publicity on the health caring of the reproductive system of female infants, and to improve the health consciousness of the residents and the medical capacity in the rural area.
