逼尿肌不稳定对前列腺增生症患者术后膀胱痉挛的影响

摘　　要：应用尿动力学技术，术前确定３２例前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）患者有无逼尿肌不稳定。观察ＢＰＨ术后逼尿肌稳定组（Ａ组）和不稳定组（Ｂ组）患者膀胱痉挛的发生率和严重程度。结果：Ａ组的膀胱痉挛发生率（１００％）和较重膀胱痉挛的发生率（８２．４％）均显著高于Ｂ组（５３．３％和５０％，Ｐ＜０．０１）。reoperative urodynamics were performed in 32 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) to analyse whether or not patients with BPH had destrusor instability. The objective was to investigate incidence and severity of bladder spasm in two groups after prostatetomy. The results showed that incidence and severity of bladder spasm were significent different ( P <0.01) between BPH with detrusor instabilityly and BPH with detrusor stability.
