摘  要:采用放射免疫法对25例肾移植患者手术前后,及35例肾透析患者血液透析前后进行了血浆内皮素(ET)与降钙基因相关肽(CGRP)的水平进行了检测,并以30例正常人作为对照组。结果显示,肾移植与肾透析患者血浆ET含量均显著高于对照组,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。肾移植术后及血透后血浆ET均明显下降,尤以血透患者最为明显,与术前和血透前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。两组血浆CGRP含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。血透患者在血透后血浆CGRP含量增高显著(P<0.01)。肾移植患者则无明显变化(P<0.05)。结果提示,ET与CGRP共同参与了肾脏疾病的病理生理过程,对其含量变化的研究对提高肾移植的手术成功率及血液透析质量具有重要意义。Levels of plasma endothelin (ET) and CGRF were detected by radioimmunity assay pre-and post-operation in 25 renal transplant patients,pre-and post-hemodialysis in 35 renal failure patients,and 30 normal subjects as control. The results indicated that plasma ET levels in renal transplant and hemodialysis patients were higher than those in control group. Plasma ET levels decreased significantly after renal transplant operation and hemodialysis,they decreased more significantly in hemodialysis patients. Compared with those before operation and hemodialysis the difference was significant (P< 0. 05). Plasma CGRP levels in two groups were lower than controls significantly (P<0. 05). Plasma CGRP levels in hemodialysis patients increased significantly after hemodialysis 6P<0. 01),but CGRP in renal transplant patients had no changes (P>0. 05). The results suggested that ET and CGRP reacted on course of pathological physiology in renal disease,the change of their contents had important significance on successful rate of renal transplant operation and effects of hemodialysis.
