摘  要:制备了聚氯乙烯/硫酸镁晶须(PVC/MSW)复合材料,用扫描电镜观察了复合材料中MSW的取向,研究了不同取向MSW的复合材料随MSW用量变化的力学性能和耐热性。结果表明,试样中MSW是高度取向的;纵向裁制的试样,即MSW沿拉伸方向取向时,具有较好的综合力学性能;冲击强度随MSW用量的提高呈先增大后减小的趋势,在MSW为15份时达到最大值;拉伸强度略有下降。而横向裁制试样的冲击强度与拉伸强度都随MSW用量的提高快速下降,这是由于MSW与基体结合力较小引起的。MSW的加入对复合材料的维卡软化点几乎没有影响。Polyvinyl chloride/magnesium sulfate whisker (PVC/MSW) composites were prepared, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) studied MSW orientation and the mechanical properties and heat resist- ance of different oriented MSW were tested as the content of the MSW changed. The results showed MSW was highly oriented, and good mechanical properties was got when the sample was vertically cut, when stretched along the direction of the orientation of MSW. The impact strength was increased and then decreased as the content changed. It reached the maximum rate when the content of the MSW was 15 phr, and the tensile strength decreased slightly. But the impact strength and tensile strength were declined fast when the sample was horizontally cut; this was due to the smaller binding of MSW and PVC. There was no effects on Vicat sof- tening point of the composite when MSW was added.
