摘　　要：利用CAE技术模拟注塑成型过程,可预测设计中潜在的缺陷,为设计人员修改提供依据,减少试模次数。本文介绍了12型腔非平衡式瓶坯注塑模热流道的设计过程,并运用Moldflow软件模拟熔料的充填和流动情况,得到了在设定条件下模具的工艺参数。Using the computer aided engineering （CAE） technology to simulate the process of injection molding, predicted the potential defects of design, and provided a basis to modify the design which can re- duce the numbers of testing model. This paper introduced the design process of hot runner in twelve cavities non-balance bottle base injection mold. By using Moldflow get the mold process parameters under specific conditions. software to simulate the filling and flow situation,
