摘  要:用熔融挤出的方法制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/有机修饰磷酸锆(PSAM/ZrP)复合材料,考察了PSAM/ZrP用量对PC/ABS合金力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明:加入PSAM/ZrP能改善PC/ABS复合材料的流动性能,且并未引起PC/ABS摩尔质量的降低,随着PSAM/ZrP用量的增加,复合材料的模量有所提高,但复合材料的冲击性能略有下降。Oligomeric poly (styrene-co-acrylamide) (PSAM) was prepared through free-radical poly- merization, and then PSAM/Zirconium phosphate (ZrP) was prepared by melt blending of polycarbonate/ acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (PC/ABS) with PSAM. Then PC/ABS (PSAM/ZrP) composites were made by melt blending in a twin-screw extruder and samples were prepared by injection molding. The mechanical properties of the obtained PC/ABS/ (PSAM/ZrP) were investigated. The experimental data have shown that with the addition of PSAM/ZrP to PC/ABS, the flowability of the blends was obviously improved while the molecular weight of PC/ABS did not decrease. Comparing to PC/ABS, with the content of PSAM/ZrP increased, the tensile modulus and the bend modulus of blends increased. However, the impact strength of the blends gradually decreased.
