摘  要:研究了在真空和氩气中烧结对NdFeB磁体磁性能和微观组织的影响。结果发现:经真空烧结的磁体磁性能有较大的个体差异,而在氩气中烧结的磁体磁性能则基本均匀一致,与前者相比,其剩磁平均值高0.05~0.09T,内禀矫顽力要高1.6MA/m左右,磁能积约高40kJ/m^3。SEM照片显示,在氩气气氛中烧结的磁体的微观组织更加均匀,而经真空烧结的磁体则有较多的缺陷。The effects of sintering in vacuum and Ar atmosphere on the magnetic performance and microstructure of NdFeB magnet were studied. The results show that there is a great individual difference of magnetic performance among vacuum sintered samples,but the Ar sintered samples are almost of uniform magnetic performance. The average remanence and magnetic energy product of the magnet by Ar atmosphere sintering are about 0.05-0.09 T and 40 kJ/m^3 higher than that by vacuum sintering,respectively. The SEM photos indicate that the microstructure of Ar-atmosphere sintered magnet is much more homogeneous,but vacuum sintered magnet is of many defects.
