摘 要:介绍了EBSD(电子背散射衍射)的工作原理,并以热轧黄铜为例研究了EBSD法在材料织构分析中的应用。通过极图与反极图对黄铜轧制中形成的择优取向(织构)进行定性和定量的分析,研究了黄铜晶粒尺寸以及晶粒位向差的变化。同时指出,EBSD法可从微观的角度研究材料的织构形成,对提高材料研究水平及为板材生产和加工工艺提供必要的科学数据,均具有重要的实际意义。The working principle of electron backscattering diffraction(EBSD) is introduced,and the applica tion of EBSD in analyzing material texture was investigated taking hot-rolled brass as an example. The preferential orientation of brass texture formed during hot rolling was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by pole figures and inverse pole figures. And the size and misorientation of brass crystalline grain were also studied. Furthermore,EBSD can be applied to studying the formation of material texture crocosmic level,which is of great practical significance to improve material research level and obtain sary scientific data for the production and machining of plate material.
