急性间质性肺炎的临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性间质性肺炎的诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗。方法报道了3例临床诊断为急性间质性肺炎(acute interstitial pneumonia,AIP)病例,并结合相关文献分析。结果3例患者均在病程早期应用了激素冲击和抗病毒治疗,其中2例患者经治疗1个月余痊愈出院,1例死亡。结论该病是一种病因未明、起病急骤、病情危重、死亡率高、以肺部弥漫性浸润并迅速发展为呼吸衰竭为特征的肺部疾病,早期激素及抗病毒治疗可有一定疗效。[Objective] To discuss the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of acute interstitial pneumonia （AIP）. [Methods] Three cases which were clinically diagnosed as AIP were retrospectively analyzed combined with correlative literatures review. [Results] Gluc0corticoid and anti-virus agents were apllied in these cases in early phase. Two of the three cases were cured in one month, one was treated ineffectively and dead. [Conclusions] We conclude that AIP is a kind of Pulmonary disease characterized by unknown pathogenesis, urgent onset, severe state of illness, high mortality and diffused lung infiltration which rapidly develop respiratory failure. Glucocorticoid and anti-virus agents will be effective to some extent in early phase.
