摘　　要：目的评价湖南省社区卫生资源配置的公平性。方法利用2007年湖南省卫生厅相关统计资料,采用洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数测量社区卫生服务机构人力资源和物力资源的分布公平性。结果湖南省社区卫生资源分布基尼系数均少于0.2,人力资源分布优于物力资源分布,医生分布优于护士分布。结论湖南省社区卫生资源分布的公平性较高。[Objective] To evaluate the equity of Hunan canununity health resources distribution. [Method] By Gini coefficient, which calculated with data of community health service organizations collected by Health Bureau of Hunan in 2007. [Result] Human resources distribution is superior to material resources and doctors distribution is superior to nurses distribution. [Conclusion] It showed that Hunan community health resources distributed equitably.
