摘  要:激光粒度和TEM分析表明,经1,3-丙二胺改性的纳米金刚石的分散性得到显著改善。用MMW-1型立式万能摩擦磨损试验机考察了该改性纳米金刚石作为新型油基极压润滑添加剂的摩擦学行为,结果表明,改性纳米金刚石能明显改善摩擦副的微观磨损状态,显著增强基础油的抗磨性能,基础油中纳米金刚石质量分数为0.6%时,其极压值可提高42%,摩擦因数降低19.0%,磨斑直径降低15.4%,且磨斑较难分辨。Laser Granularity and TEM analyses indicates dispersibility of nanodiamond is improved by modification of 1, 3-propanediamine. As a novel oil-based load-carrying lubricant additive, tribological behaviors of the modified nanodiamond were studied on the MMW-1 mode universal friction wear testing machine. Results show that the modified nanodiamond could improve the microcosmic abrasion condition of friction pairs obviously, and enhance the wear resistant performance of base oil remarkably. While content of the modified nanodiamond amounts to 0. 6%, the load-carrying value of the base oil increases by 42% ,the friction coefficient decreases by 19. 0% ,and the wear scar diameter reduces by 15.4%. It is difficult to identify the wear scar.
