摘　　要：金属磨损自修复技术(ART),是由一组天然矿石材料的超细粉体构成的,添加于润滑脂(或油)中,在金属摩擦表面磨损时产生的热能作用下发生化学置换反应后,生成光洁度极高的铁基硅酸盐耐磨保护层(金属陶瓷层),对已磨损的部位实现自动修复,同时使机械零件的使用寿命获得大幅度增加,广泛应用于汽车发动机维修中。ART, addictive to common oil and grease, is composed of ultrafine powder of natural mineral. To the worn surfaces of metals, ART induces chemical reactions under friction heat to generate a protecting layer of new substances, like plated cermet coating, which brings out auto-restoration layer of worn surface of metals. This increases the life-span of machinery parts dramatically, thus being widely used in engine maintenance.
