摘　　要：法律人群体是独特的社会群体。随着法制的近代化,我国法律人群体逐渐形成。在抗日战争的特定历史环境下,重庆成为中国的战时首都和陪都,众多法学名宿和法律精英荟萃,构成中国近现代法制史上的一大奇观。探讨陪都时期重庆法律人群体的特征,对于我国近现代法律人群体研究具有典型意义。The groups of Legal Persons are unique groups. Along with the modernization of legal system of China, the groups of Legal Persons of China gradually formed. In the specific historical circumstances of the War of Resistance against Japan, Chongqing became Wartime Capital of China , and Alternate Capital , many masters of law and law elites togethered , and constituted a great spectacle of modem legal history of China. To discussion the characteristics of the Groups of Legal Persons of Chongqing has a typical significance to study the Groups of Legal Persons of near modem.China
