摘　　要：目的探讨64层螺旋CT对胸部创伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的124例胸部外伤患者经64层螺旋CT进行诊断的临床资料。结果本组124例胸部创伤患者经CT检查:肺损伤63例,包括肺挫伤41例,肺撕裂伤15例,气管支气管损伤7例;肺外损伤61例,包括胸膜损伤26例(血胸12例,气胸8例,血气胸6例),纵隔损伤7例(纵隔积气5例,积血2例),胸壁损伤28例(肋骨骨折22例,胸骨骨折6例)。结论64层螺旋CT作为胸部创伤诊断的主要手段,具有扫描速度快,敏感性高的特点,在急诊创伤的急救过程中必将发挥重要的作用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 64 slice spiral CT scanning in patients with acute thoracic trauma. Methods The clinical data of 124 patients with chest wound admitted in this hospital in recent years after 64 - slice spiral CT scanning were reviewed and analyzed. Results This group of 124 patients with chest wound after CT inspection were as follows： lungs were damaged in 63 cases including 41 with lung tip, 15 with lacerated wound, and 7 with tracheal bronchial tube damage. Damages outside the lungs were seen in 61 patients including 26 patients with trauma in pleural membrane （ hemothorax 12 cases, pneumothorax 8 cases and blood pneumothorax 6 cases）, mediastinum damage in 7 cases （ vertical mediastinal pneumatosis 5 cases, hematocete 2 cases）, thoracic wall damage in 28 cases （ rib bone fracture in 22 cases, breastbone fracture in 6 cases）. Conchtsion 64 - slice spiral CT scanning is principal means for the diagnosis of chest wound, it has the advantages of quick scanning and characteristics of high sensitivity, and it will certainly play vital role in first aid process in emergency medical treatment of wound.
