数字资源使用数据的规范处理与分析

摘　　要：数字资源利用的数据统计是反映数字图书馆绩效的重要指标。本文从统计数据的选取、数据的采集方法、数据统计分析、数据逻辑对比、数据规范化处理等几个方面进行研究分析,对数字资源的检索效率、用户对检索系统的偏好、系统检索率高低、系统故障率影响,以及统计数据指标的综合平衡、模型构建、规范处理等进行了认真分析研究,为数字资源服务的绩效评估提供了定性和定量方法。The data statistic of digital resources utilization is an important index to reflect the performance of the digital library. This paper makes a research and analysis of the aspects such as the se - lection of statistic data, the collecting method of data, the data statistic analysis, data logic contrast and the solution of data scale as well as the search efficiency of digital resources, the user＇s preference for the search system, the high and low rate of the search system, the effect of system failure rate, and the comprehensive balance, the model construction and normalized solution of the statistic data index, and thereby provides the qualitative and quantitative way for the performance evaluation of digital resources service.
