摘  要:采用TXLX弹性力学二维有限元应力分析程序计算肱骨髁上部的应力及位移。结果显示:旋后位使髁上内侧产生压应力,髁上外侧产生拉应力,节点向外侧位移;中立位和旋前位使髁上内侧产生拉应力,髁上外侧产生压应力,节点尺偏型)、外侧移位(桡偏型)和旋转移位(粉碎型)的固定位置。The experiment study the stress and displacement of supracondyle of humerus with the method of 2D finite element of TXLX flexible mechanics. The results showed that: in the supination position, there was compressive stress in the medial side, otherwise tensile stress in the cateral side, and there was lateral displacement of knot. In the neutral and pronetion position. the result was contraty to it. In terms of the results and clinics,the author suggested the fixation position for the extension fractures of supracondyle of humerus including the medial displacement(ulnar deviation), the lateral displacement(radinal deviation) and the rotary displacement(radinal deviation) and the rotary displacement(comminuted deviation).
