摘 要:[目的]研究偏凸山羊草(Ae.ventricosa)、粘果山羊草(Ae.kotschyi)、二角山羊草(Ae.bicornis)和易变山羊草(Ae.variabilis)4种异源细胞质对杂种小麦籽粒品质的影响。[方法]利用具有这4种异源细胞质的小麦雄性不育系(以下简称粘,易,偏和二角型)分别与3个恢复系组配成不同组合,对杂种小麦的籽粒品质进行测定。[结果]这4种不育系配制的杂种小麦在蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量两个性状上在不同异源细胞质之间差异不显著;在沉淀值这个性状上,偏型细胞质与其他3种细胞质之间差异显著,表现出正向效应。[结论]在小麦杂种优势利用中要利用异源细胞质改良沉淀值这个性状,选用偏凸山羊草细胞质效果更好。[ Objective ] The effect of 4 alien cytoplasms (Ae. kotschyi, Ae. variabilis, Ae. ventricosa and Ae. bicornis ) on the quality of hybrid wheat was researched. [ Method ] After 4 male sterile lines, from the Ae. kotschyi, Ae. variabilis, Ae. ventricosa and Ae. bicornis, were com- bined with 3 restoring lines, respectively, the quality of their seeds were analyzed. [ Results ] The results were as follows : there were no signif- icant variance in the content of the protein and wet gluten of all hybrid seeds with alien cytoplasm. There was significant difference in sedimentation of hybrid seeds between the cytoplasm of Ae. ventricosa and other three cytoplasms and the former had superior effect. [ Conclusion ] The character of sedimentation could be improved through the alien cytoplasm in the utilization of hybrid wheat.
