摘 要:[目的]为利用杀虫微生物防治蔬菜害虫提供一些基础性资料。[方法]对11种白僵菌菌株的产孢量、萌发率、抗紫外线能力以及对甘蓝蚜虫致死率等方面进行了试验,并进行了优良菌株在不同温度、不同浓度下对甘蓝蚜虫的生物测定。[结果]11种不同菌株的产孢量、萌发率、抗紫外线能力存在着明显的差异。其中,BD061-3菌株产孢量大,萌发率高,表现出较好的抗紫外线能力。该菌株在不同温度、不同浓度下对甘蓝蚜虫的生物测定表明,在温度为25℃左右、浓度为1×108孢子/ml时具有较强的致病性,平均校正死亡率高达93.87%。[结论]球孢白僵菌BD061-3对甘蓝蚜虫有较强的致病性。[ Objective ] The aim was to provide basal material for the biological control of Brevicoryne brassicae L. by using virulent strain. [ Method ] The spore-bearing yield, germination rate, anti-ultraviolet capacity and lethality rate of Brevicoryne brassicae L. of 11 Beauveria bassiana strains were tested and determined under different temperature and concentrations. [ Result] The differences between the spore-bearing yield and conidial germination rate of different strains were evident. Those of BD061-3 strains have big spore-bearing yield, high germination rate and anti-uhraviolet capacity were very good. The mean corrected mortality was 93.87% at the temperature was 25℃ and the concentration was 10^8 spores/ml. [ Conclusion ] Beauveria bassiana BD061-3 was strongly virulent against Brevicoryne brassicae L.
