摘 要:通过理论分析和一系列实验研究,选用镁粉、氧化剂JTY-1和LYH-3型粘接剂等为发热保温冒口套的点火剂配方成分。研究发现:当镁粉、JTY-1和LYH-3以质量比为5:6:1且按一定混制工艺配制而成时,该点火剂具有较好的发热效果。对该点火剂在冒口套中的应用进行了研究,并就点火剂对冒口套整体发热效率的影响进行了分析与讨论。Based on the theoretical analysis and a series of experimental results, the organic reductant Mg, oxidant JTY-1 and adhesive LYH-3 were selected as the major component of the ignition agent which is used in the fever heat-preservation riser-head. And the results indicate that the new ignition agent has fine efficiency when its mass ratio of Mg, JTY-1 and LYH-3 is 5:6:1 and it is mixed with some procedure. In addition, the application of the ignition agent in the fever heat-preservation riser-head was researched with series of experiments. In the end, the heating efficiency of the heat-preservation riser-head with the new ignition agent was analyzed.
