摘  要:结合近几年冬季试验与施工实践,分析了制作安装钛设备(工业纯钛)的焊接裂纹及其成因,提出了相应的防止与消除其缺陷、优化制造施焊质量的工艺措施。为提高焊接一次合格率及返修成功率,还总结出了若干条注意事项。According to the on-site construction practice and tests in winter resent, the forming mechanism and cause of welding cracks of industrial pure Ti equipments in manufacturing and installing were analyzed. Some technical measurements were proposed to against the welding defects and the welding quality was improved. Meanwhile, some items were noted to increase the success rate of original welding and re-welding for repairing.
