摘  要:分离油茶白朽病的病原菌,并对该菌的ITS基因进行克隆和测序;将所得序列在Genbank中经B lastn搜索,构建分子系统发育树。结果表明:病原菌ITS序列与Genbank数据库中已有的序列同源性较低,最高仅为94%,系统发育树也显示该菌不与其他菌株聚类而是单独聚为1支。由于Genbank数据库有限,难以根据同源性来确定其属种关系。White Rot Disease has caused serious damage to Camellia oleifera. The pathogens of the disease were isolated and the ITS sequences of the pathogens were sequenced and analyzed. The molecular phylogenetic tree was constructed based on Blastn reference to the sequence in the Genbank. The results revealed that rDNA ITS sequence of the pathogen was comparatively low in homology, the highest homology was only 94%. The pylogenetic tree also showed that the pathogen strain was far away from any other strains. It was hard to determine the taxonomic relationship of the pathogens just by the homology because of the limited data in the Genbank.
