摘  要:近年来,碳质生物材料由于生物相容性好、化学性能稳定、机械性能好,以及弹性模量与人体骨相近等因素,已得到很多学者的重视,其优异的特性已在工程技术上得到广泛的应用,至于在生物学方面的应用还仅仅处于初级阶段。碳材料目前主要用于制备心脏瓣膜、人工韧带、肌腱等人工植入体。文章对碳-钛组合式人工股骨头的结构和材料特点进行综合分析,对碳-钛组合式人工股骨头的应用前景做出展望,着重介绍了碳-钛组合式人工股骨头的结构特点及碳材料(特别是低温热解各向同性碳)的特点,并对国内外相关研究结果进行比较,认为碳-钛组合式人工股骨头在关节置换中具有远大的应用前景。Recently, carbonaceous biomaterials have received much attention due to their excellent properties, such as good biocompatibility, stable chemical property, mechanical property and good elastic modutus. They have been widely applied in engineering technology. However, the biological application of these materials is still at primary stage. At present, carbonaceous materials are mainly used to prepare heart valves, artificial ~igaments, and tendons. This article aimed to review the characteristics of structure and material in carbon-titanium artificial femoral head and to prospect the future application prospect. In addition, the structural characteristics of carbon-titanium femoral head and properties of carbon material, in particular low temperature isotropic carbon, were introduced and related study results at home and abroad were compared. Carbon-titanium femoral head has promising application prospect in hip joint replacement.
