摘  要:组织工程化气管是气管缺损外科修复的替代物,它是利用组织工程学技术和原理在体外构建出具有生理功能及生物活性的人工气管。与其他种类的气管替代物相比,组织工程化气管的优点为无免疫原性,具有生物活性,有潜在的生长能力。种子细胞是组织工程研究中最为重要的方面,是组织工程化组织或器官形成的物质基础,气管上皮细胞作为种子细胞是组织工程化气管中不可缺少的一部分。文章就气管上皮细胞分离培养技术研究进展进行综述,并指出组织工程化气管研究领域所面临的问题和今后的研究方向。Tissue engineering trachea is a substitute for surgical reparation of tracheal defect. It is an artificial trachea with biological activity, which was constructed in vitro by utilizing the technologies and principles in tissue engineering. Compared to other trachea substitutions, tissue engineering trachea owns many advantages, such as biologically active and growth potential, and non-immunogenicity. Seed cells, which are the most important research aspects of tissue engineering, are the necessary substantia~ for the emergence of tissues or organs in tissue engineering, while the tracheal epithelium cells, are an essential part for tissue engineering trachea. This essay illustrated from the research progress of technology in isolating and culturing the tracheal epithelium cells, and pinpointed the coming problems and the future research orientation concerning tissue engineering trachea.
