摘　　要：分析电子邮件的格式,利用POP3服务器进行收信,SMTP服务器进行发信,使用MIME对邮件正文和附件进行编码和解码,实现了电子邮件的接收和发送这两项基本功能。Analysis the format of the email. To receive the email by using POP3 server , send email by using SMTP server. To encode and decode the email content and attachment with MIME protocol. Implementation two basic functions of receive and send email.
