摘　　要：我国高校职业生涯规划课程的开设对大学生职业生涯规划意识的增强虽有初步成效,但与市场经济下的人才需求还没有完全同步,无论课程设置、授课模式还是实施效果都与西方国家存在一定差距。因此,高校应将其视为培养模式转轨的切入点,加大职业生涯规划课程的本土化研究力度,通过职业规划课程体系的完善、授课内容和授课方式等的改进,以促进学生培养与社会需求的有效对接。Some initial effects have been awareness by establishing the career planning achieved in the enhancement of university students planning their career course in China＇s universities,but the demand for talents in the market economy has not yet been fully synchronized and there still exists a certain gap between China and western countries regardless of curriculum, teaching model or implementation results. Therefore, colleges and universities should as the entry point for the transformation of their training pattern and should intensify the research dynamics of the career planning regard it localizing course. The effective butt-joint of training students and social demand can be promoted by improving the system of the career planning course and the teaching contents and methods.
