Effects of Different Treatments on Seed Rooting and Radicle Growth Quality of Paeonia lactiflora Seeds

摘  要:采用变温和化学药剂等不同方法处理芍药种子,以期达到快速打破其休眠的目的。结果表明,以滤纸为介质,GA3 300 mg.kg-1和1 mol.L-1 HCl+100 mg.kg-1 GA3的综合处理萌发效果较显著,生根率均在50%以上;以沙质壤土为介质,25℃恒温(30 d)+15℃恒温(90 d)的变温处理破眠效果最显著,35 d左右开始生根且胚根发育质量最好,65 d左右根长约为3~4 cm且30%的种子长有侧根,若此时再用GA3100 mg.kg-1处理24 h,则再需25 d左右即开始出苗。Changing temperature and chemical agents were used to quickly break the dormancy of peony seeds. The results of those experiments showed that: the germination effect of the seeds treated with GA3 300 mg·kg^-1 and lmol·L-1 HCI+GA3 100 mg·kg^-1 was quite remarkable when filter paper used as the medium, its rooting rate was above 50%; the dormancy broken effect of the seeds treated with constant temperature 25℃ (30 d)+constant temperature 15℃(90 d) was the most remarkable when sandy loam was used as the medium. The seeds began to take root after about 35 days and the radicle growth quality was the best. The root length reached to 3-4 cm and 30% seeds had the lateral root after about 65 days. When the seeds were retreated with GA3 100mg·kg^-1 for 24h, the seeds would start to germinate out of the soil after about 25 days.
