摘 要:采用正交试验探讨鹅掌楸抑菌物质的最佳提取条件,杯碟法研究鹅掌楸提取物体外抗菌作用以及pH值、温度、时间因素对其抗菌活性的影响。结果表明,鹅掌楸抑菌物质的最佳提取条件为以正丁醇为溶剂,提取温度为40℃,料液比为1∶10,浸提时间为2 h;鹅掌楸提取物对金色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌都有明显的抑菌效果,最低抑菌浓度分别0.031 3 mg.mL-1、0.062 5 mg.mL-1、0.062 5 mg.mL-1;最小杀菌浓度分别为0.062 5 mg.mL-1、0.125 0 mg.mL-1、0.062 5 mg.mL-1。该物质抑菌pH值范围为4~5,且有较好的热稳定性,最佳抑菌时间为12 h。The optimum extractive conditions of bacteriostasis ment, then the bacteriostatic activity of Liriodendron chinense from Liriodendron chinense were studied by orthogonal experiextracts and the effects of temperature, time, pH value on it were studied by cylinder plate method.The results showed the optimum extractive conditions of bacteriostasis from Liriodendron chinense were solvent for n-butanol, extracting-temperature for 40℃, ratio of solid to liquid for 1:10, extracting time for 2h. The substance extracted showed some antibiotic activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Es- cherichia coli,the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 0.031 3,0.062 5,0.062 5 mg·mL-1, and minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBC) was 0.062 5,0.125 0,0.062 5 mg·mL-1 respectively. The antibacterial effects was best at pH 4~5. The antibacterial activity of Liriodendron chinense extracts was stable under heating, The optimum antibacterial time was 12h.
