摘 要:在分析焊接快速成形技术研究发展现状的基础上,指出了焊接快速成形技术发展中存在的相关问题,提出了未来焊接快速成形技术研究的重点应集中在提高成形效率和成形精度方面。开发柔性高、可靠性好、具备闭环控制功能的成形系统,研究成形性好、系列化和专业化的成形材料,实现焊接沉积与数控加工的有效集成,是未来焊接快速成形技术研究发展的趋势。Based on analyzing the research on present state of welding rapid forming (welding RF) technology, the problems in development of welding RF technology were described. Furthermore, the priority research areas for the future study of welding RF technology were brought forward, which aim to improve the forming efficiency and forming precision. Developing forming systems with high flexibility, good reliability and closed loop control ffmctions, investigating on forming materials with good formability, serializations and specialization, implementing the effective integrations between welding deposition processes and numerical control machining processes, are the development trend for research on welding RF technology.
