摘　　要：概述了价值链管理的基本内涵,从价值链管理中企业内部价值活动所体现的核心能力、企业间的价值链联系,以及农业科技创新能力是特色农业价值的重要驱动因素等方面分析了特色农业价值管理的必要性。提出了提升甘肃特色农业价值增值的思路,即降低价值链活动成本;加强供应商和顾客的合作;促进价值链管理的科学化。This paper has outlined the basic connotation of the value chain management, and has analyzed the necessity of the characteristic agriculture value management from the angle of the core ability in the value chain management, which maifests in the enterprise＇s interior value activity, the relationship between the different enterprisers value chain, as well as the ability of agricultural science and technology innovation, all of the three parts are the important actuative factors of the characteristic agriculture value. And then propose the mentality of promoting the increments of Gansu characteristic agriculture value, that is to reduce the cost of the value chain activity; strengthen the cooperation between the supplier and the customer; and finally promote the value chain management to be more scientific.
