摘 要:为了研究温度对煤体吸附甲烷性能的影响,采用WY-98B型吸附常数测定仪,选取了含气量较高矿井的3种煤样,进行了不同温度下吸附甲烷的等温线测试,并据此拟合出了温度与Langmuir吸附常数a的曲线方程.利用计算煤表面能的方法,推导出了温度与Langmuir吸附常数b的关系.实验及计算结果表明:随着吸附温度的升高,煤体吸附甲烷量变小,压力越大这种变化趋势越大;Langmuir常数a随温度的增大而减小,吸附量越大的煤样,其吸附常数a随温度变化的剧烈程度越大;Langmuir常数b与温度的关系依赖于吸附温度T、吸附平衡时的压强pt以及煤自身物理性能所决定的常数k;在一定温度范围内,温度对吸附常数的影响可以用具体的函数关系式表示.In order to study the effect of temperature on the methane-adsorbing capability of coal, the isotherm tests were done under different temperatures for three methane-rich coal samples using the WY -98B adsorption constant determinator. Based on the test data, the relationship between temperature and Langmuir adsorption constant a was established as a curvilinear equation. By means of calculating the coal' s surface energy, the relationship between temperature and Langmuir constant b was derived. The tests and the calculation show that the adsorption capacity decreases as the adsorption temperature increases, and the larger the pressure is, the stronger such change tendency becomes; the Langmuir constant a decreases as the adsorption temperature increases, and the larger the adsorption capacity of the coal sample is, the more intensely its adsorption constant a changes as the temperature changes; the relationship between Langmuir adsorption constant b and temperature depend on the adsorption temperature T, the adsorption equilibrium pressure, and a constant k related to the physical properties of each sample; and within certain temperature range, the effect of temperature on the adsorption constant can be expressed with an functional relation.
