摘 要:针对传统比例电磁铁驱动大负载时线圈温升高的不足,提出一种基于阶梯环形极靴和衔铁结构的低功耗力控制型比例电磁铁,其磁路在工作气隙附近分成3部分,形成由1个轴向力和2个径向力综合而成的水平力特性.通过建立有限元模型,仿真分析了该比例电磁铁的磁场分布,探讨了其静态力特性,仿真结果与实验结果吻合,表明该比例电磁铁行程-力特性的水平段行程为1.4 mm,非线性小于4%,滞环小于2%;电流-力特性的非线性小于3%,滞环小于3%;水平力与电流比可达148 N/A,额定功耗仅为7.9 W,与国外Rexroth公司研发的同型号力控制型比例电磁铁相比较,在同等输出能力下,水平力与电流比提高23%,额定功耗降低37%.Due to the disadvantage of high winding temperature rise of the traditional proportional solenoid with heavy load, a force-control type proportional solenoid with low power consumption based on the structure of the stepped-ring pole and armature was presented. The magnetic circuits of the proposed proportional solenoid were divided into three parts near the operating airgaps, forming horizontal force characteristics by generating one axial force and two radial forces. Based on the finite element model, simulated results on the flux pattern and static force characteristics were obtained. The simulated results accord with experimental results. The results show that the force-stroke characteristics of the proposed proportional solenoid have a horizontal stroke of 1.4 mm, nonlinearity of less than 4%, and hysterisis of less than 2% ; the force-current characteristics have nonlinearity of less than 3% and hysterisis of less than 3% ; the ratio of horizontal force to current reaches 148 N/A, and the rate power consumption is merely 7.9 W, reduced respectively by 23% and 37% compared to foreign similar force-control type proportional solenoid with equivalent output capability.
