尿素对浸灰过程溶液pH缓冲作用初探

摘　　要：通过对蓝湿革浸灰反应过程中溶液的pH值及电导率变化的测定,探讨了尿素用量对浸灰体系pH的影响。结果表明,浸灰时加入尿素,对体系的pH值有很好的缓冲作用,尿素用量为15%时,对浸灰体系pH缓冲效果最好。尿素的加入对松散胶原纤维有一定作用。The buffer effect of carbamide to pH value determination of pH value and electrical conductivity. The effect to pH value in the liming process when carbamide was the dosage of carbamide was 15% .The addition of carbamide of the liming liquor were studied by the results showed that there was a good buffer added, and the best effect was obtained when played a role for loosing collagen fibers.
