摘 要:利用风口焦炭取样机取得了整个高炉炉缸半径上的焦炭样品。分析了炉缸径向不同位置、不同粒径的焦炭的碱金属含量,得出:炉缸径向同一位置风口焦炭粒度由小至大的碱金属含量是升高趋势,且同一风口焦炭粒级,由炉缸边缘至中心,碱金属总体呈上升趋势。通过对炉缸焦炭、入炉焦炭光学组织及碱金属的对比分析,得出:入炉焦炭中的各向同性的组成相比于各向异性的组成在高炉内具有较强的抗碳溶损能力;迁钢1号高炉炉缸径向风口焦炭中各向同性的比例与其碱金属含量没有相关性。The coke of whole hearth radius BF is got by sampling machine of tuyere coke. The change of alkali metal content of coke in the different position of radial hearth and different particle size are analyzed. The results are that the alkali metal content is higher as coke particte size from small to large in the same position of radial hearth and also as position from BF wall to center in the same tuyere coke particle size. The alkali content of hearth coke and coke charge through optical organization method are analyzed. The results show that the resisting coke solution and loss capacity of isotropy coke charge is higher than anisotropy and the isotropy tuyere coke ratio of Qianan No. 1 BF has no relation with alkali metal content.
