摘　　要：基于供应链预定合同的理论,从理论和操作两个层面,研究了预定合同在高科技行业中的应用问题。研究结果表明:在高科技供应链中设计预定合同,必须综合考虑批发价格、现货市场、实施保障等方面因素的影响,预定合同促进了上下游企业信息共享、风险共担,从而提高产能和采购管理的效率。Based on the theory of supply chain reservation contract, this paper investigates the application of reservation contract in the high - tech industry from the perspectives of both theory and operation. Results show that the effects of several factors such as the wholesale price, spot market and implement assurance, should be considered together in the designing of the reservation contract in the high - tech supply chain. The reservation contract promotes the information and risk sharing between the upside and downside enterprise in the high - tech supply chain, so that raise the efficiency of capacity and procurement management.
