摘　　要：针对资源基础理论和动态能力理论分析竞争优势的研究缺乏解释性框架问题,基于M ICK-4FI资源分类研究,创建了资源和能力生成竞争优势过程的三层次指标体系,利用逆向分解思维进行企业诊断工具开发。Aiming at Resource Based View and Dynamic Capability Theory being lacking of operation level explaining theory, this paper constructs the three classes resource - capability Index system based on the outcome of resources classification of Material, Information, Capital and Knowledge 4 Flows Integration. A diagnose tool is designed with converse thinking.
