摘　　要：利用1992—2003年期间累计实际利用国际直接投资总额等相关数据，就国际直接投资对区域创新能力的提升效应进行了实证分析。结果表明，国际直接投资对我国区域创新能力产生了较为明显的提升效应。The empirical study analyzed the effect of the FDI on the upgrading of the regional innovation capabilities based on the FDI data during 1992- 2002. The result shows that FDI has a significant effect on the upgrading of regional innovation capability.
