摘　　要：通过对劳动价值论和资源价值论对土地价值认识的比较分析,构建了融合两种价值理论的"农地完全价格"模型。然后将"农地完全价格"模型应用到农地流转价格中,构建了不同类型农地流转价格的理论模型。This paper constructs the complete price of rural land model after comparating labor value theory with resource value theory, then it introduces the complete price of rural land into rural land transfer, and constructs different rural land transfer price models.
