摘 要:用微生物降解废水已成为废水处理的常用方法之一。经强磁场诱导后,有些微生物可增强对废水的降解作用,有些却并无作用,因此有效选择微生物至关重要。本文通过傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)结合聚类分析,分别研究了经10T超强静磁场(SMF)作用0h、1h、4h、14h后大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的细胞结构变化。结果表明,强磁场作用于大肠杆菌1h后即对其有影响,而金黄色葡萄球菌需要4h,枯草芽孢杆菌则受强磁场的影响甚微。对其原因进行分析总结后,发现强磁场对无芽孢微生物的诱变效果最佳,为有效选择强磁场诱导后的微生物来处理废水提供了基础。FTIR与聚类分析的结合运用,为细胞结构的研究提供了新的视野。Degrading wastewater with microorganisms has become one of the common wastewater treatment methods. After being induced by a high magnetic field, some microorganisms can enhance their wastewater degration function and some microorganisms have no such functions. Therefore, it is very important to select microorganisms effectively. In this paper, the structural changes of the cells in Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis induced by a 10T ultra-high Static Magnetic Field (SMF) for 0h, 1h, 4h and 14h are investigated respectively by using the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) combined with cluster analysis. The results Show that the E.coli is sensitive after being induced by the SMF for lh, the S. anreus is sensitiveafter being induced by the SMF for 4h and the Bacilus subtilis is sensitive slightly. After the reasons are analyzed, it is found that the high SMF is most effective in the induction of the microorganisms without Bacillus. This provides the basis for effectively selecting the microorganisms induced by a high SMF to treat wastewater. The combination of FTIR with cluster analysis provides a new perspective for the study of cell structures.
