摘　　要：文章阐述了科技情报研究提升技术创新能力的作用,对理顺情报研究体制的思路和创建情报研究的激励机制进行研究,提出了在科技情报研究机构与企业之间建立情报产品价值的评价体系和议价模式。This article presents the effects of S＆T information to promote capacity for technological innovation, researches organization and excitation mechanism of S＆T information, proposes bargaining modes of information products between S＆T information institutions and enterprises.
