摘 要:探讨了不同表面活性剂的起泡能力、泡沫稳定性以及水性油墨废纸浮选脱墨过程中产生的气泡的直径分布。研究结果表明,采用非离子表面活性剂Tween80浮选效果较好,浮选后浆料白度和有效残余油墨浓度分别为53.1%和566.5mg/kg;表面活性剂起泡能力与泡沫稳定性测定结果表明,阳离子表面活性剂CTAB的效果最好,非离子表面活性剂AEO-7次之,非离子表面活性剂Tween80效果最差;阳离子表面活性剂CTAB产生气泡的平均直径为0.33mm,且其直径分布范围较窄。非离子表面活性剂AEO-7产生气泡的平均直径为0.61mm,气泡平均直径的分布范围较宽。非离子表面活性剂Tween80产生气泡的平均直径为0.47mm,平均直径集中分布于0.4mm左右,且呈较好的正态分布。The foamability and foam stability of different frothers were measured using foam tester. The bubble size was also investigated in lab scale ceils using image analyzer. The results showed that ( 1 ) The best flotation efficiency was achieved using nonionic surfactant Tween80 as deinking frother. The brightness and effective residual ink concentration of deinked pulp reached 53.1% and 566.5 mg/kg, respectively. (2) The frothers were found to have a profound impact on bubble characteristic. The cationic surfactant of CTAB achieved the best foamability and foam stability, and nonionic surfactant of Tween80 resulted in the worst effect at the same conditions. ( 3 ) The results of bubbles size distribution showed that cationic surfactant of CTAB and nonionic surfactant of Tween80 had narrow bubble size distribution and the average of bubble sizes were 0.33 mm and 0.47 mm, respectively. The nonionic surfactant of AEO-7 had more wide bubble size distribution and the average of bubble size was 0.61mm.
