长网造纸机氧化铝陶瓷脱水元件的制备与应用

摘  要:讨论了内嵌式氧化铝陶瓷脱水元件的制备及其在3150mm长网新闻纸机运行情况和存在的问题。将氧化铝陶瓷嵌条置于超高分子聚乙烯脱水板磨损最严重的位置,其耐磨性保证了脱水板有较长的使用寿命,而其低摩擦的光滑面降低了成形网磨损和动力消耗。这种结构形式的脱水板因能维持稳定的外形尺寸而可以始终维持脱水效果并使纸张质量处于最佳状态。嵌条和成形网磨损分析结果表明:细晶结构和粗晶结构的氧化铝陶瓷可满足网部不同位置对脱水元件的要求,但都要求这两种结构的氧化铝陶瓷尽可能少地含有耐磨、耐蚀性较差的晶界玻璃相和显气孔率。The preparation of Al2O3 ceramic insert foil blade and its application and the problems existed in 3150 mm fourdrinier newsprint paper machine were investigated. The Al2O3 ceramic insert is placed at the position where the U. H. M. W. Polyethylene blade suffers the most severe wear. High wear resistance Al2O3 ceramic provides long blade life and reduces forming fabric wear and power consumption due to its very smooth surface with lower friction. This structure type blade will retain an accurate profile therefore ensure the optimum dewatering and high quality of the paper. The results of analyzing wear process of the ceramic insert and forming fabric show that Fine-Grained and Coarse-Grained alumina ceramic can meet respectively the different technical requirements of dewatering element in different sites of the wire section, but the two kinds of structure alumina ceramics should contain as minimum as possible amount of intergranular glass phase which is poor wear resistance and corrosion resistance and small porosity.
