摘 要:目的明确建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病控制措施的建议。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查和检查表法进行分析评价。结果该项目在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素种类有五氧化二钒、氨、乙二醇、三氧化钨、草酸、环氧乙烷、乙醇胺、甲烷、硫化氢、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、二氧化锰、二氧化钛粉尘、玻璃纤维粉尘、电焊烟尘、其它粉尘、噪声、高温、紫外线。经分析该项目属于职业病危害一般的建设项目。结论该项目采取的职业病防护措施基本有效,建设单位在按照建议内容进行改进后,其职业病危害控制效果基本上能够达到国家相关卫生标准的要求。Objective To clear occupational hazard factors in a construction project, to analyze hazard degree and its influence to workers, to evaluate the effects of the equipment on occupational hazard control and to suggest occupational health control measures. Methods The comprehensive evaluation was conducted by field investigation, health detection, occupational physical examination and checking the table methods. Results Ammonia, methanol, and mangaese dioxide were detected in 36 samples from 5 production sites, and dust (including dust of titanium dioxide, glass fiber) was detected in 51 samples from 7 production sites, and the results all did not exceed the occupational limit. Production noise was detected in 18 production sites, and 2 sites (91.3 dB and 97.07dB) exceeded the standard. Conclusion All kinds of occupational hazard prevention measures in this construction project were essentially effective, and its control effect could reach the requirements of occupational health relevant national standards after improving prevention measures.
