摘  要:目的为了定量测定131I照射后大鼠甲状腺的有关组织学参数变化。方法通过计算机图像分析系统,采用体视学方法,从大鼠甲状腺的腺体水平和细胞水平测定了各项形态计量学参数(包括二维和三维)。结果所测得的一些形态计量学参数随甲状腺剂量改变而增加或减少。结论尽管在较低剂量131I照射下,与对照组相比,大鼠生长发育和甲状腺功能未出现明显的差异,但所测的各项参数与甲状腺吸收剂量之间呈现较好的剂量效应关系,其中尤以胶体体积密度参数的变化最为明显,其D25值和D50值为最低。Objectives\ To quantitatively measure the morphometric parameters of the strutural changes in rat thyroid irradiated with 131I.Methods \ By using a computerized image analysis system and the stereological method,some morphometric parameters at glandular and cellular levels including two and three dimensions can be measured successfully.Results \ Some morphometric parameters were gradually decreased or increased with the increase of 131I dose level.Conclusions\ Compared with the control group,even though there was no obvious changes in growth and function of the thyroid irradiated with low level 131I,the response of morphometric parameters was in good relationship with dose.Among the parameters,the volume density of colloid(Vvc) changed obviously and the values of D25 and D50 were the lowest.
