丁烯酸酰胺型环保水基防锈剂的制备研究

摘　　要：以丁烯酸、顺酐和二乙醇胺为原料合成了丁烯酸酰胺基非离子表面活性剂,它是一种不含亚硝酸盐的环保型水溶性有机防锈剂,实验结果表明当反应物量和催化剂量在1∶0.08-1∶0.16,pH〉9时,防锈剂水溶液的表面张力趋于稳定值39.2×10^-3N/m,合成的丁烯酸酰胺型防锈剂对钢片有良好的防锈作用.Crotonic acid amides nonionic surfactant was synthesized by using crotonic acid, malefic anhydride and diethanolamine as materials. It is environment-friendly aqueous organic antirusting angent which does not contain nitrite, the experimental results show that when the amount of reactants and catalyst is between 1-0.08 and 1 ： 0.16, the pH is above 9,the surface tension of antirusting angent solution tends to be stable at 39.2×10^-3 N/m and the crotonic acid amides antirusting agent has better antirust action for the steel.
